MERITEX founder and director, Alexander James Houlton graduated from The Scots College, Sydney in 1995.

His success in the property industry was built through furthering his education and skills. Alexander is a licensed builder, a builder supervisor, and a valued member of the Master Builder Association of N.S.W.

Since 2013 MERITEX has specialised in high end residential homes, structural & remedial, multiple dwellings strata, and commercial construction.
